Hello fellow 3dsmaxers. Im having a very frustrating time getting something right.
What i personally mean is that i made a wall , just a block, and i changed it with key frames. the vector shapes changes and some pieces come foward to make it simulate cracking etc. in my 4 screens, this happens perfectly, but when i preview the animation, it just doesn't come, or pops out straight from the beginning and stays there.

Help would be really really regarded

John

Her's a situation pictur of what i meant, you can see the changes of the wall in the timeline.

Are you using Editable Poly or Editable Mesh? Because I used poly and it worked fine.

Hmmm I love the quick responses, Im so glad you guys might be able to help me out smile.gif

Í'm not sure I used ''convert to editable mesh/poly'' anymore, but i used one of those 2.

I did not render the movie yet, if i render a still, it's okay.

i might re-make the wall and try editable poly. but i'm on scool now.

thanks in advance, can't wait to try what happens.

It's a good start, but as a beginner it's a good idea to focus on getting 1 aspect of your work up to scratch before doing a full scene like that. Maybe just try creating a good model for starters. Or even a bad model is fine, as long as you learn something.
