For web, flav is the go. For download, either divx or quicktime.

ohh?? flav? isn't it the same with .flv?

as far as I know divX is a codec i think .wmv is lower that quicktime...

yes flav is flv

yes divx is a codec for the avi filetype.

wmv is sometimes smaller but you're limiting yourself to windows pretty much.

WMV == Windows Media Video, pretty sure its a windows only codec.
