I add glow to one ogject in video post.I kept that object in other object with transperent material. I renderd in videp post but I cant find glow effect.So I am getting problem in assigning glow effect to a hidden object.The effect working well, if that object is uncovered. So is there any chance to get glow effect to a covered object?

Instead of doing it in video post do it in your rendering and effects window. Go to the effects panel, add a lens effect, in the lens effect parameters add a glow. Apply your transparent material and change the material id channel to 1 then check the material id box in the image sources section and hit render.
