Use vray material. make it black in the diffuse. make the reflection colour white or grey. maybe use fresnel reflections with 100% white in the reflection colour. make glossyness between 0.8 and 0.9
make the refraction colour white also. You can add a falloff map to the opacity slot aswell. Theres loads of stuff you can tweak but this should look ok. play with the index of refraction too. glass is 1.33.

You can also build a glass material using a standard max shader. Put a falloff map into the opacity slot. make the diffuse black and add a vray map to the reflection and refraction slots. doing it that way gives you standard max specular controls.

for frosted glass add some noise to the bump slot. and or play with maps in the glossyness slots for reflection refraction. but glossyness will slow things down a great deal.
