Turn down the reflections on your floor materials.

The vray lights will appear in reflective surfaces because they are considered as specular reflection.
specular reflections in a vray material are a true reflection of a light source unlike specular in a standard material. So in the vray light you can uncheck the box "affect specular" and you wont get that light as a highlight just the diffuse reflection. You may want some specular highlights so you can create seperate lights that only affect specular and not diffuse reflection. Or use vray lights that are positioned and shaped to reflect the real practical lights in the scene. then their reflections will look like they are supposed to be there.
