You could block individual websites via a file in the system 32 directory or you could find some kinda net nanny software. All of these are hackable. Is it not the owners responsibility? I assume you are just an employee and not the owner.

ditch your router box for a lunix box. Spend a few hours looking for porn and make a list of domains to block. Once you have have a good list, wash your hands and block each entire website.

In case you ask, "Que? Que es un linexo, mui caliente?" then just get Ubuntu. Ubuntu is Linux on steroids and is very easy to use. Once installed (it will even install/run on your toaster oven) go to an application called "software packages" and you'll get a BIG LIST of ever piece of software ever written for Ubuntu. You might have to search around but all software is labeled pretty way, and includes descriptions. oh and Ubuntu is FREE SO YOU HAVE NO EXCUSE IF YOU DON'T GET IT.

I'm learning the command line still! Phsssss....

Actually we're trying it (ubuntu) out on our "entertainment" computer. You see, we ditched our TV in the living room are using a room mates computer instead. So far it's been pretty stable.

Yes and there's tons of free media related software out there on top of that. Some stuff does require you know command line, so you'll be at home there. The rest is point and click.
On top of that there are special types of Ubuntu.
There are versions that are strictly meant for entertainment.
"ubuntu uses gnome
kubuntu uses KDE
xubuntu uses XFCE
fluxbuntu uses fluxbox"
