Hello,

Being a freshman in college, i have only spent one semester on 3ds max. My question is how can i relocate the axis which an object rotates on. It is currently in the bottom corner. I would like the rotation to be in the exact middle. For animation purposes. And i also created the object in Rhinoceros 4 exporting it into 3ds max. Thanks for any help. I am learning.

Thanks again!

go to hierarchy / affect pivot only / center to object.

Actually, I still can not find how. I am in Autodesk 3DS Max design 2009. Would it be in the modifier list?

Never mind, I know now what the Hierarchy panel is. I have not yet learned what that was. Thanks, I found the affect pivot buttom.
