Wow this is nice. I would suggest adding some plants and rocks as you said. Also some clouds might help. You could also try adding a contrasting color in a few small places on the building.

thanks! i hope to be able to work on it tonight after homework... i'm definitely going to add in some lovely cascading clouds! i'll see what i can do to add some variation to the building, i was thinking it was looking a bit bland. thanks for the input!
